WORST kennel I've used in ten years. The manager... JEN...acted like I had a problem when I thought it to be completely unjustified to inform the customer upon pickup that I was being charged the "Holiday Rate"! ..... I kindly requested she speak to a subordinate in reference to the matter, as any individual with sense could understand the importance of informing a customer of ANY price difference or fluctuation....She awkwardly paused...offered zero apology after having supposedly speaking with the owner and said No...No manners and zero presence of managerial skills. In closing the girls that actually walk the dogs are professional and genuine. After reading the reviews below, they must be friends or incentived because I can say with concrete certainty this kennel is WELL below average. Thankfully there are many others in the local area.
